- A clear unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory as proof while opening the package
- The product must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging condition wherever applicable
Due to the food nature of our products (chocolates and nut-based items), returns are strictly limited to quality or delivery-related issues only.
Products damaged due to customer handling, storage, or misuse will not be eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.
If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Return processing fee of ₹200 applies and need to be paid before hand.
Please Note : Order Cancellation Can be done only for Prepackaged Goods. Custom Orders & Gift boxes are excluded from cancellation. We Request to check before placing order. In case of dispute GiftingChocolates.com Team decision is final.
Shipping for Returns

Customers must ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during self-shipping without proper tracking proof.
